Sitram Catering / Volllrath Centurion
Love to hear you thoughts on the Sitram Catering / Vollrath Centurion Pots.
TBD, but I'm looking at the 20 qt rondeau on the Sitram as I'm leaning on the tri-ply or Centurion lineup in the Vollrath
I love my Sitram Catering 11" saute pan. It heats quickly and evenly on my crappy old (gas) range, and is easier to clean than my other stainless-steel pans, including All-Clad. The only downside is that the handle is a bit too long for comfortable use on a 30" stove, but the pan is otherwise so great that I just deal with it. Hope this helps.
