Have you tried Liquid Gold in the Hydrostone Market? Place is wonderful as it sells numerous fabulous olive oils and olive related products as well as many gourmet flavoured vinegars to choose from. There is a second location in Charlottetown.
I don't know what quantity you are looking to buy, but I have seen it for sale in Winners and Homesense. Pete's in Halifax or Bedford probably has it as well.
