Canning grape leaves and other grape leave recipes

If I have a bunch of grape leaves that I want to can, do I do so in brine or in vinegar? What tastes most like the stuff they have in the store? Exact recipes would be terrific.

Also, if you have other suggestions of what to do with grape leaves other than dolmas (stuffed grape leaves), it would be great.
