Hi all,

I am a big foodie and like to do my research for a Weekend trip to Paris 19-21st of August. However I really struggle with all the good addresses firmly shut for the Summer holiday.

I am looking for lunch and dinner on Saturday as well as a nice breakfast or Lunch on Sunday.
I am not too concerned with Michelin stars and stuffy atmospheres.

Any help would be sooo much appreciated!!

Have a good day,
Bastian

And, regardless of what a website or other listing might say, make sure you telephone in advance. We found some spots closed that clear as day listed themselves as open, or simply had no info.

We also had a great and fun meal at les fines gueles. A foodie friend of ours in Paris likewise approved our choice after we told her we had eaten there. It's a great option.

August weekends can be tough, all the brasseries and Quasi-brasseries will be open (like Chez Flottes) as will the high-end cafes like Cafe Constant. All the luxe hotels will have a bar/cafe with food service available.
