KaDeWe. Definitely worth visiting their top couple of floors if you like food shopping.

It's absolutely worth visiting for a meal and not just shopping. We go whenever we are in Berlin and our favorite is the fish restaurant. We stop and graze along the way and it is a highlight of our visits to Berlin.
