Foie Gras and Bananas Foster on the same menu

For our September girls' night out we're searching for a restaurant that does both. So far the only one we've found is Toulouse Petit. Do you know of any others? Places that have a preparation of either that would be worth the trip on their own? Dessert doesn't have to be called Foster--any caramelized bananas over ice cream will do (Like Cactus' Bananas Dulce).

El Gaucho has bananas foster, and they certainly make a production of it! The ingredients are added at your table, and it's narrated by your waiter as the drama unfolds. While I'd say the restaurant overall is overpriced, a ladies' night out event there for dessert would be fun!

I could imagine Quinn's doing it as a special order if you called ahead and requested it.

Quinn's would only do it if they wanted to have the foie & the bananas together - seared foie, vanilla ice cream, caramelized bananas on the same plate..... actually could be good, but I'd go with a more acidic fruit like pineapple or peaches, or at least some lime in the caramel to balance the richness. Or foie gras ice cream with caramelized fruit....sounds like next weekend's dessert special to me! : )

            : )

Foie gras strawberry shortcake, foie cherries jubillee (sounds better than the shortcake)...the possibilities are endless!

I'm sure Charles was referencing the fact that Quinn's will add seared foie to anything, they have a preparation on the menu (not sure what it is right now, usually w/ brioche and a fruity component) and it's also available as a 'side' to go on your burger, fries, salad, or whatever. Unfortunately no banana foster on the menu, not sure where else besides the places you've found would have that.
