This is somewhat connected to my other thread, but I am curious what prepared vegetarian dishes, salads, items, etc., people enjoy.

I am looking for items that are ready to eat, light, affordable--possibly from Jewel, Meijer, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, etc.

I rarely ever buy frozen meals but Organic Bistro has a nice line of them...the only one I've actually had is the Alaskan Salmon Cake but have had it twice now...and here's a review of their Savory Turkey entree...comes with lentil pilaf on the side...check out the nutritional numbers, very good...only caution: a bit pricey and you asked for affordable...I only buy them when I can find them on sale (around here on sale=$4.99)...but you might try one.

**Guess I'm not awake yet...I see you have "vegetarian" in your title...very sorry! But this might help someone else...haha Val!***

I used to LOVE Amy's Black Bean and Corn Enchiladas but I bought them for my wife last week and they did not taste like they used to.
