Where can I buy frike, or freekeh in the greater Lexington area? Same question for farro, which I looked for, but didn't find at Whole Foods, yesterday

I buy my farro from Russo's in Watertown.

Farro is almost always avail at WF but sometimes it's hard to locate. It's also at Formaggio

I thought the farro at WF was the unskinned variety that's impossible to cook?

Farro....try Capone, North Cambridge and somerville, Union Square.
Freekeh, .....Watertown, Arax and other Eastern Med. Greek/Armenian/Middle Eastern markets in the area.

I see that you post on the Greater Boston board. Ask your qusestion there for locations near Lexington MA.

FWIW, I buy farro at J. Pace & Son but at their Saugus store. They might have it at their various Boston stores also. The other thing you could do is phone Formaggio Kitchen. They carry many hard to find items like that...
