Looking for a Restaurant somewhere near/Around Penn Station, up to 10 people, who will not rush you. Bunch of old high school friends meeting for dinner. Any suggestions?

There's a restaurant in (at the entrance to) Penn Station, called Tracks, that is decent and relaxed. Do a search here - someone posted about it which is how I discovered it. You enter to a bar, but then there's a restaurant.

Is this for tomorrow? The immediate area around Penn Station is a culinary wasteland, so how from there are you willing to travel either on foot or by subway? Cuisine preferences? Per person budget for *food only* (drinks, tax & tip additional)?

Yes, tomorrow. I have a car, so not a problem to travel. Not big drinkers, not crazy expensive. I think we all eat everything! Thanks.
