Harrisburg "Drink" Shout Out

Where are the places that we in the Capital Region can get a good drink (not these all you can drink coors light crawls along 2nd)... these places are good at what they do (e.g. beer joints have good beer; cocktail lounges make good cocktails).

This is inspired by a waiter recently looking at me like an alien when i ordered a Negroni (I think we are all out of Negronis!)
