Good Chinese Delivery in South Philly

I live near 12th and Snyder and the corner Chinese take-out place just isn't doing it for me anymore. Can anyone recommend a Chinese place in South Philly that delivers promptly, has good food in general, and, in particular, has good General Tso's Chicken?

I live very close to you.

I haven't tried the General Tso's but I've found Peking Wall at 15th & Snyder to be the best for Chinese-American food. Cheap too. Not gourmet or surprising at all, but food is of good quality, and definitely better than New Noodle Haven. The problem for me is that they don't take credit cards so I haven't ordered from them in a while. Asian Fusion & Steak (weird name I know,) on Oregon is my #2, they are on GrubHub and the sushi isn't bad either. It's not great but again better than New Noodle Haven though I haven't had the General Tso's.

If you haven't tried Tasty Asia (they take CC) yet, I highly recommend you do. I haven't had their Chinese dishes but their Indonesian food is awesome, especially the Javanese dumplings and the whole grilled fish ($7.50!). Good salty fish fried rice too. They do have a full Chinese menu so if you try it let me know how it is.

I'll have to give Peking Wall a try. They are close enough that I would just pick up (always a plus...I hate long delivery waits).

How do you like Indonesia on 17th and Snyder? We've been there a couple of times and liked it well enough, but we usually get take out from Hardena if we want Indonesian.

Only gotten take out at Indonesia a couple times a while ago. I like it, but Hardena is amazing so I go there mainly. I like Tasty Asia for delivery and they have a lot of dishes that Hardena can't make. Ordering a whole grilled fish to my door for $7.50 really gets me going :)

Peking Wall delivery has always been pretty fast for me, sometimes less than 30 min. Ditto on Asian Fusion & Steak.
