where to eat around MSG?

i'm going to a concert at hammerstein tonight -- anywhere around there that would be good for dinner? i know there are slim pickings, and am not expecting anything phenomenal, but if you know of any place worth stopping in, i would appreciate the tip!

      1. Tir Na Nog is an upscale Irish pub right around the corner from Hammerstein Ballroom and offers outstanding food and hospitality. Other alternatives, on 7th Avenue, are Seven and Mustang Harry's, both of which I go to often, and they never disappoint.
