Have I been banned from replying?

EDIT:

Shot in the dark here, but many web browsers will display the intended destination of a link when you hold your mouse over it. The URL displayed for the reply link should be the same as the URL for whatever thread you are reading, but with a # at the end. Is that the case for you?
