Got an urge for some but do not know of one place that makes their own.

Help?

The Crooked Spoon food truck makes incredible, addictive homemade rosemary salt potato chips, which come with their delicious Spoon Burger (the second-best burger in town, if you ask me).

Fiddler's Green, the great Irish pub in Winter Park, makes its own homemade potato chips too, called ceili chips. They aren't quite as crispy as the Crooked Spoon or storebought chips, but they're still damn good. And I happen to think they go great with the burgers there, the third-best in town.

Is the CS truck there every day?

What's your first choice for burgers?

The Ravenous Pig, which has excellent fries but no chips.

The Crooked Spoon truck moves around, but it tends to attend the Maitland food truck pod at Lake Lily on Tuesday evenings, and I believe Club Firestone downtown on Wednesday evenings. Occasionally I'll see it at the Chevron station on Colonial and Ferncreek or the Citgo at University and Metric, but the easiest thing to do would be follow its Twitter or Facebook so you don't waste gas and time hunting for it.
