Need ideas for fun, unique sweet 16 party

I'm in the early phases of planning my daughter's sweet 16 party. i'm thinking we'll have between 20-30 teens and I'd like to do something really memorable and cool. location's not a huge issue, since we could rent limos to take the kids, but we live in Westlake Village so something out that general direction would make things easier. Any ideas?

Make the ride the party. Rent limos, or better still a party bus so the group won't have to split up. Destination could be L.A. Live or the Farmers Market and the shuttle to the Grove, where food would be inexpensive (many choices at the Farmers Market) and they could shop or see a movie.

Maybe someplace like Fogo de Chao in Beverly Hills would be a fun location. Great salad bar with so many wonderful choices and the roving Gaucho's come to your table and slice off endless meat (if the girls aren't all vegetarians?).

Paying for an AYCE of delicious meats and watching a skinny 16 y/o girl just eat a salad and a piece of chicken (even if it is bacon-wrapped) would drive me crazy! I imagine at 16, they're just less about the food and more about it being cool... so maybe Yamashiro (for the memorable factor), or Spago (for the cool factor) if it's in your price range? Somewhere to see celebrities.
