Top Chef Snubs Houston

From today's Chronicle. http://www.29-95.com/restaurants/stor.... I just posted on the Food, Media, and News, and could use a little back-up in a day or so when national reaction kicks in. Don't let me down. Personally, I'm a bit bent, but take solace in the fact that Bravo will make Texas look like a bunch of rubes, as is the norm for the national media.

Get yourself a branch of the Culinary Institute of America and Bravo, as well as others will beat a path to your door....do it in a re-configurated Pearl Beer Brewery and the whole world will beat that path. I love living near San Antonio all this press will make it really hard to get
into any of the restaurants in the Pearl, as well as other favorite restaurants in the city. The charmning mayor of SA loves the idea of the press, but he can probably get a table ANY TIME
at ANY restaurant he likes!! Yes, TexasRed......MEOW

Actually, they did give me a call a couple of weeks ago, but I told them we weren't interested.

        Was that wrong?
