Relish help

I'm making a sweet pickle relish and just realized that I'm out of celery seed. Should I leave it out? OR substitute it with dill seed or another substitute? OR should I wait until I can get some celery seed?

Here's the recipe (it's from the Ball canning book, but I found it online also):
• 4 cups cucumbers, deseeded and chopped
• 2 cups onions, chopped
• 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
• 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
• 1/4 cup kosher salt
• 3 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 cups cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon celery seed
• 1 tablespoon mustard seeds

THANKS!

Both dill and celery are distinct and different in flavor .....I would make it now, omitting the celery seed and/or adding the dill seed, if you have already purchased the vegetables. Record your thoughts and make it again with the celery seed when you have it. You'll know which you prefer for the future.
