Yummy ethnic veg-friendly Montreal annversary lunch?

Hi everyone,
My husband & I have been married 13 years and he offered to take me out to lunch on Friday. I'm looking to visit DHC (Old Montreal) and/or Diversite (Berri square) and eat something delicious. I am willing to roam a bit for food since I've never had a memorable meal in Old MTL or even downtown.

I like Chinese food (Hong Kong, Keung Kee, Maison Kam Fung, Cuisine Szechuan etc.), Indian food (Mahli Sweet) and just about anything else except, sadly, French food doesn't excite me. We had our first Montreal date at Maestro SVP so that's also a possibility. I wouldn't mind a nice atmosphere but the main thing is we will be kid-free and I'd like to celebrate with lots of yummy food. I try to eat vegetarian most of the time, but not necessarily on a special occasion.

Any ideas?
Thanks!

Chu chai maybe? A little pricey though but pretty damn good for vegetarian food

I've only been to the cheaper version, but good to know. Thanks, Jay_81!
