Thank you all for your recs. We went to Oceanview Bistro yesterday for happy hour. They have happy hour all night (4:30-close) Tuesday-Thursday & Sunday and from 4:30-6:30 (I think) on Friday & Saturday. Rick the bartender was great and everyone in the bar was friendly. We ordered the half margherita pizza, Candied shrimp, pot stickers and calamari. The calamari was great. That would probably be my fave with the potstickers coming in second. We had that plus 2 (very good) margaritas on the rocks for me and a glass of house wine for my mom. Total came to around $38 before tip. They no longer offer the spaghetti and meatballs or the Asian wraps during happy hour. Prices are either $4.50 or $5.50 for the hh menu and you can choose two items from each price range for $19.
All in all, we will definitely be back as it is an easy meeting point for us. Food was really good and I am looking forward to trying more of their offerings.
Thanks again!

We've been to the Oceanview Bistro happy hour and enjoyed it. Don't know about the beers but the wines were great! And they do have discounted food at the time.

Try The Fat Dog on Honolulu. $3 beers, good mini cheeseburgers and good fries. Usually a couple of specials on the board, and cocktails if you like. Nice comfortable pub-like dark room.

re: cls
Here's their happy hour menu, but no mention of times: http://www.thefatdogla.com/happy_hour... Sadly no craft beers on the HH menu, but reviews on "that other review site" report they do have beers like Craftsman on tap.
