Best Hamburger and fresh cut french fries

I would like recs for a good hamburger and fresh cut french fries. I was very happy with Fired Up in Venice but they have closed. I'm on a search. Please help!!!

That's easy, hands down... TONY'S CHICAGO BEEF COMPANY!! located in the Gulf Gate neighborhood in Sarasota. Best Hamburgers and Fresh cut fries. They have Chicago Hotdogs and Italian Beef Sandwichs too.

I do like 5 guys but my partner finds it chaotic....it's a long drive for lunch but doable...........ideally, i'd like a place closer to venice, small enough for them to use my gluten free bun.

I've had quite a few burgers in Sarasota over the years and so far the best burger I've had is at this little spot right before Venice called Curry Creek Cafe. Second best is The Crab and Fin on St Armands, yeah, the fish place.

J Ryan's (next to the mall) used to have a great burger but haven't had one there in years. Actually, I might just go there this weekend and try one again.

Gecko's Grill & Pub have the best hamburgers...they cook them exactly like you want them cooked, trust me they are very good...only place I go for a good hamburger along with their homemade chips.
Their Tuna appetizer is also wonderful.
