Best crab legs in Los Angeles?

I saw a previous posting on this subject, but it was from 2007, so i was wondering if the tips/Restaurants are still pertinent. thanks!

    I'm not sure which posting you're referring to, so you may want to post the link.

    I enjoy the Alaskan King Crab legs at the Crab Cooker... but that's in Orange County.

      This may be off topic, but I get crab legs at Costco, Steam them for about 10-12 minutes. Eat with lemon and melted butter. Otherwise, Ocean Ave Seafood in Santa Monica and the Water Grill down town probably serve them. You might also look into some Chinese Seafood establishments which wok cook them with different sauces. You might try Hop Li in Santa Monica. I see that Elite in Monterey Park has king crab on the menu.

      I just had some of the best Alaskan King Crab Legs tonight at Mastro's - 246 N. Canon Drive in Beverly Hills. Goes well with a few Mastro Cosmos - their signature martini poured over dry ice.
