Wonderful artisan bitters at Kickstart

I got some terrific bitters called Hella Bitter from an artisan at Kickstart. He makes it in 3 flavors. I got citrus and it's great. The flavor is clean and spicy and I think I'm going to be using it in baking and salad dressing as well as drinks.
