What corn meal are you using for polenta, and from whom are you purchasing? I want to serve polenta Tuesday night so I have to make it tomorrow, but only have Quaker corn meal in the pantry.
most of the co-ops carry Whole Grain Milling Co. cornmeal in bulk
Bob's Red Mill (available in almost every supermarket) or bulk local from the coop.
Why not spring for the coarser ground actual stuff, In most bulk bins in Coops and Whole Foods?
