High end late eating in LA - and I mean really late
I'm trying to pin down the best LA options for really late dining, i.e. getting a meal around 3 am or so. I've been to Pacific Dining Car, and I've found them to be hit and miss at best.
So any suggestions for places in the high end and mid-range of things?

Also, though it gets mixed reviews here, I have had several enjoyable meals at The Waffle. Open until 3A on Fri and Sat. You also might try Fred 62 (24/7) or The Brite Spot (until 4A). Neither is high end, but they all surpass a Denny's by quite a bit.

Head over to the Standard Hotel's in Hollywood or downtown for 24/7 dining.
ADD: If you would consider Korean food then try Nak Won House on Vermont. Also 24/7 and I think better than Hodori (which can be a real scene - and not in a good way - at times).

re: Servorg
Thanks for the suggestions. I'm open to anything that just tastes damn good, but some members of my party might not be as comfortable with hole in the wall places. What kind of stuff does Nak Won House have: soo lung tung, soon dobu, bbq, bibimbop?
How about Monterey Park? There's got to be some late night good eats out there. Chinese love staying up late -- at least in Hong Kong they did. Does Thai town have anything worthwhile and open late? Thanks.

ABC/Nak Won (and hence Hodori) is about as far removed from "high end" as US is from being solvent.
25 Degrees serves beef/burrata salad at 3am along with some of LA's top burgers. So, cosign on that.
Kitchen24 is also trendy/chic and open 24/7. It's glorified diner food, but they have fancy lighting fixture. *banghead*

Not much high end Kate Mantelini's used to be open until 3AM, but now it is 10PM during the week and 1AM on the weekends. Berri's Cafe by the Bev Center isn't high end, but tastes pretty good at 3AM.
Not sure why the link shows Berri's in PDR, the address is 8412 W. Third Street
