Freezing raw marinated chicken?

I marinated a couple of pounds of chicken breasts in an Italian dressing type marinade today. It turns out that we may be out to dinner the next couple of nights so we won't need to grill it. Can I just freeze the chicken and marinade in a Ziploc bag then defrost and grill later on? Thanks!
