Late night left bank dining

My husband I are going to a concert at La Sainte Chapelle which will probably end around 22h30. We want to go for a nice dinner (not necessarily fancy) afterwards on our walk home to Maubert-Mutualitie. Meaning we need a place where they won't bat an eye when we stroll in at 23h00. Suggestions please.

That's a short walk! Is it now in August? That would even further reduce the list.

Anyway, Alcazar, Allard, L'Atelier Maitre Albert, Le Bistrot de l'Alycastre are not too far and all serve until 11.30 or later.
