Starlight Cafe Greenville, NC: Where's the beef?

We dined there this week and ordered the short ribs. Here is the menu description:
Slow Roasted Short Ribs
served with a spicy blackstrap BBQ sauce and hoppin’ john.

I expected a rich braised short rib dish. We were served baby back pork ribs covered in sauce. When I pointed out to the server that these are baby back ribs, not short ribs, she was clueless. Am I crazy or has anyone else seen pork ribs described as above? Unfortunately, they weren't anything special. I wish that I had gone with my first instinct and ordered their wonderful strip steak instead.

I really, really want to like Starlight, but frankly I've yet to have a memorable dish there. They try some interesting things, which I appreciate, but I'm always left wanting a little more. The lack of a standout and their prices have kept me away.

They do make a really tasty shrimp and grits. We split one as an appetizer.
