Really? $4.99 for selects and not just chix? Soft shelled I assume. That;'s a great price.

Ask for the largest they have. 1.5lb are no problem, 2lb might be harder. Yes, soft shells now.

All sizes are usually the same price. You have to ask if they have hardshells. Last time I got lobsters at MB in Burlington (in june), they tried to give me a 6 pounder. I ended up taking a 3lb. and a 2lb. hardshells for the wife and I. Hardshells may be harder to come by this time of year.

Just brought back 5 of them from the Market Basket in Bellingham where they had an unadvertised special price of $3.99/pound.

Oh, the pain that these live lobster price threads cause to those of us Rocky Mountain folks
who yearn for lobster. High shipping costs result in $20 a pound prices for us.

MB North Andover last night $4.99/lb. They are not advertising. I'm on my way again! How much weight can I gain eating a one lb lobster every night? DO NOT answer that please..:)
