Hidden Gems in Beer World

Will be in PDX next week, coming from Chicago. I am actually a native but have lived away for many years. We are beer enthusiasts and have done what we think is everything beer-wise in PDX on our last 5 or 6 trips. Now I'm curious if there are some little gems we may have missed...things either too new or too obscure to be on the radar. This might help; we LOVE HOTD, Horse Brass, Saraveza, and Cascade. Hate Green Dragon. Apex is okay. Old Lompoc meh. Hope that help in sorting out possibilities. Thanks!
