Dim Sum in Vancouver

I am joining my daughter for Labour Day in Vancouver. I would appreciate suggestions for dim sum and Cantonese seafood. Thank you. We are happy to drive distances.

This question comes up weekly. My suggestion is to drive or take the skytrain to Richmond and have dim sum at one of the dozens of restaurants there. My own current faves are Red Star, Sea Harbour and Jade. Do a search to uncover the other favourites from other forum posters.
