Anyone know where to get Molecular Gastronomy ingredients such as Apple Pectin, atomized glucose,agar-agar etc? Thanks

  1. Good luck. I buy 99% of my spices (especially hard to find stuff) from a trusted internet retailer because they have much higher quality and better priced products.

    Might as well just buy it on the internet and have it delivered. Amazon has all 3 of those things.

      +1 for Amazon - they continue to surprise me. I tasted a delicious Chorizo in Berkeley and never thought I'd be able to get it - Amazon to the rescue! They are also good for kitchen tools and the like, as long as you already know when you are looking for.
