Just happened to drive by today on an errand and it looks like there is still quite a bit of construction going on inside. Are you sure they are going to be in any state to soft-open TOMORROW??

Aside from that, hopefully this place will be good. The area around the Airport, Mall of America, Bloomington strip, my office in Bloomington, etc. really sucks for food.

Went there yesterday hoping that they might be open, and it didn't seem they were. Lots of work in the mercado section. It looked like there were some uniformed folks (servers?) in the taqueria section, but there were also a couple of construction-looking items in there too, so we just U-turned in the lot.

I'm looking forward to having a good food option in that area.
