Honeymoon in NYC
Dear Chowhounders;
We will be in NYC for our honeymoon in September with my husband to be and we are looking for places/restaurants/attractions to visit in our 6 day stay. Do you have any recommendations on fancy restaurants, clubs, parks, etc.? Since this will be our first time in NYC we will appreciate any useful information on the city.

Price ranges? Things can get VERY expen$ive here. Preferences - for cuisine, vibe, type of scene? There are literally thousands of restaurants, clubs, etc, in this town. Could use many, many more specifics to start narrowing things down.
Also, you might want to cross-post this to the Manhattan board, if you'll be spending most of your time in Manhattan. "The Best" board doesn't really get a lot of traffic, comparatively.

Price range can vary from 0-300 $ (for 2) since we are very eager to try the best restaurants in town. We also would like to attend to a Broadway show, I am especially interested in "Wicked" do you have any recommendations on plays? And do you think we should buy our tickets before our arrival?
On our trips overseas we are also interested in living in the city like a local. So I would really appreciate if you can share your favourite points in the city as a local, places other than tourist attractions.
I will definitely have a look at the Manhattan Board, as well. Thank you in advance!
