On good days, it's just as good. On bad days, still can't complain because the Philippines is 15-hour flight away :-)
The wait times can be ridiculous when they're packed, and the service is spotty during those times. But the fried chicken is what I come for anyway. It reminds me of the crispy chicken served in Chinese restaurants...no breading/coating with thin crisp skin. The spicing is of course very different, but the texture is pretty similar.
