Jiangsu cuisine

Does anyone know if there is a DFW restaurant specializing in Jiangsu cuisine? Or more specifically, the Jiangsu cuisine found in Nanjing.... anything close????

I want as authentic as possible. Thanks.

I have not seen anything. I would suppose you would have to hang around Asia World supermarket on the weekend with a sign around your neck and hopes that a family from that region and cooking that specific style....that doesn't work try 99 Ranch.
