Anyone know why I cant get thru phone lines at Eleven Madison Park?

I know i am dialing correct number and for two days now i get message that says sorry we cant take your call-everyone assisting others. ?? I need reservations!

    The telephone lines at EMP also open at 9. Not sure if the phones are open on Sunday.

      finally got thru-person said they were having phone issues-at least i got my reservation!

      Were you trying on Sunday and this morning? I thought the phones weren't staffed if the restaurant wasn't open. They open res via Open Table at 9:00AM each day. Would that help?
