Chicago-style hot dog in N Jersey? (Union, Essex Cos.)

Hey all--mr. diva is having a hankering for a Chicago-style dog. Any leads out there? I found an old mention of J's Beef by hotdoglover, but the joint has closed. It is important that the dogs have mustard, sports peppers, pickles, tomatoes, and that aggressively green relish, and that it be served on a poppy seed bun. TIA!

    See here: http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/760641

They've worked out the kinks and now serve a pretty good Chicago hot dog. Only thing different is they griddle rather than heat the dogs in water. I would request that they boil/steam them.
