Best Monmouth Co lobster salad

I had some good lobster salad at Boondocks in Red Bank this week, but it was too overpriced to enjoy often and also not available to go.

My ideal would be what Wegmans used to have - good and full of lobster and at about $25/lb, not too bad for takeout.
