A good and cheap indian restaurant in downtown manhattan

I will be tomorrow in downtown manhattan (around financial district and battery park). Does anyone have a recommendation for a good and cheap (less than $10 per person) indian restaurant for lunch?
If not indian, I'm open to other suggestions for other cheap options.
