Hard Rock Hotel - Rare 120 Closed, LTO opening in it's place.
Noticed this while strolling through today, Rare 120 is stripped and there's a menu board for the opening soon LTO, Casual Italian and Steaks. I recently had a really fun, if not foodie-fantastic, dinner there.

You were actually right the first time, sort of. Both Rare 120 and Ago are out at the Hard Rock, being replaced by 35 Steaks & Martinis and LTO Pizza & More. Although we have not seen menu's yet, this looks like a bit of a recession play, making their Steakhouse and Italian offerings more casual.
