Happy Teriyaki Downtown Closed

Does anyone know the circumstances of Happy Teriyaki's closure? Any word on whether this will resurface at a new location?

Though I've hardly ever patronized Happy Teriyaki (maybe once or twice while I worked nearby), the loss of this place is kind of a sad big deal for me. When I worked near Southcenter, I met a doughnut shop. I've forgotten its name, but so clearly remember the next label on the door: "Happy Teriyaki Doughnut Center." We love those guys...

It was on 5th Ave between Pine and Pike streets, down in the basement of a building.
