What do Brits take home from NYC?

Sadly, a wonderful friend and fellow Chowhound, FCI grad is leaving NYC to live in London. (Husband's job) What is something she won't be able to find in London that I can send her on her way with as a parting gift?

Many thanks.

(Will also post on UK board)

A good friend of mine who lives in London always stocks up on Tollhouse butterscotch chips for cookies/cakes, jolly rancher candy, kosher salt, pam spray and unique spices (go to the Penzey's Spice stall in Grand Central Station - the foxpoint, vietnamese cinnamon, aleppo pepper and tuscan sunset spices are great) whenever she comes to visit us in NYC.

We always have a good suitcase of various goodies, but we never return to the UK without a huge stash of Hot Tamales (hot cinnamon jelly beans). Also Boylan's sodas have also found favour if we have excess baggage weight to fill.

Oh, also, this will depend how high their standards as a foodie are :) ....but my friend from NY got given a Magnolia Banana Pudding kit, comprising of the recipe printed out from the web and a few big boxes of Nilla Wafers and Jello vaniila pudding mix...both of which don't exist in the UK.
