vegetarian-friendly fine dining in Cape May?

My husband and I and our vegetarian daughter are heading to cape may in a few weeks. My husband and I eat anything, and enjoy fine dining; our daughter is vegetarian, and that's where I'm finding some difficulties. I'd like to find some nice places that have more than a salad for my daughter, and haven't had much luck so far. And just to note in advance, she doesn't consider fish a vegetable; that would make it easy!

I re-checked with my vegetarian yoga buddies...they say that The Mad Batter has vegetarian entrees as well as Louisa's Cafe. More specically, you and your husband can eat "regular food" while your daughter enjoys her meal as well. Other than those places, it may be slim pickins.

Bella Vida has a number of Vegetarian offerings in West Cape May. Not being a vegan, I have never tried any of them, but the non-vegan menu items I have had are pretty good.

I realize that this thread is a year old but am replying because I know how difficult it can be to find good restaurants with interesting options for vegans and vegetarians. Bella Vida Cafe in Cape May is fantastic. I have not had such a wonderful meal for a long time. I had sesame coated tuna with wasabi mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables. It was superb. I would suggest getting this though only if you know that you like wasabi and soy sauce. I got the tuna rare, almost sushi style, and it was fantastic. One daughter tried the crab cakes which were full of fresh crab and wonderful. My husband had a blackened tilapia quesadilla which was top quality and the biggest quesadilla I have ever seen. Our vegan daughter had several wonderful dishes to choose from. She chose a rice and black bean dish with fried plaintains. She said it was fabulous. I highly recommend this restaurant even if you do not have vegetarians to feed. It is very casual with unbelievably great food.
