Re-using a Marinade
We all know not to re-use chicken and beef marinades.
But, have you heard of a problem re-using a (garlic-herb) marinade for salmon?

Has this marinade already been used on the salmon? If so, that falls under the category of handling any protein. So, no, I would not, unless I boiled the marinade after using it, which is deemed safe handling by the USDA:

My personal rule of thumb: I make extra, set it aside, and toss the marinade that was used with the protein.
