Group Restaurant Suggestions Needed in Hollywood

Brooke1223 Jul 28, 2011 12:15 AM

I am planning a bachelorette party dinner on a Saturday night, and I really need some restaurant suggestions. We will be staying in Hollywood, so somewhere in the area would be ideal. There will be 15 of us, so we need a place that will take reservations for large groups.

Ideally we would like to spend $30 or less per person (not including drinks). Also, we have some girls in the group that are vegetarians, so a steak house would probably not be a good idea.

I appreciate any referrals.

Maybe Boho? I haven't been to the new place (they've recently moved), but I think it's big enough to handle the group.

Loteria might be a good bet. We did a group lunch for 25 at the Loteria in the Valley. Great appetizers, moderate bill. Of course, we weren't drinking as much at a lunch as you would be at a bachelorette party dinner.....

Although this may not sound Houndy, the Tap Room at the Hamlet at Sunset and Doheney has a private room that is adjacent to the bar that can be used for parties and made festive. There is a lot of choice on the menu and the food is varied and solid (not gourmet). It fits your budget and the bar is reasonable. It also puts you right on the Strip with lots of choices after dinner.
