Gluten free egg roll/wonton wrappers

I am gluten free (started about 2 months ago) and would love to be able to make egg rolls now as well as wontons, but the recipes I have for wrappers are all made from wheat flour. Oh well.
I've looked online for homemade gluten free wonton/egg roll wrappers, but all pretty much call for premade all purpose flour mixes, but I don't live in the US and can't buy those ready made mixes. I also don't have access to sorghum, one of the standard gluten free flours I see in many recipes. One last point- I try to minimize use of non fermented soy, so I don't use soy flour.

Anyone have any suggestions how to make gluten free egg roll or wonton wrappers? I've heard something about rice paper, but I don't think they sell it where I live, so if anyone knows how to make homemade rice paper, or any other type of gluten free egg roll or wonton wrappers, I'd love to hear how you make it.

Thanks in advance!

Maybe you could adapt a gluten free pasta recipe?
Here's a recipe - I just googled it up - so I can't tell you anything about texture etc.

It might take a bit of experimenting, but experimenting's fun!

Yay! That looks terrific! And has only ingredients that I already have in the house!!!
I hope it'll also hold up for wontons and frying for egg rolls.
But thanks! I'll have to try that!

      Other suggestions still appreciated!
