Need Mexican-Style Rice for 50 People in Oakland...

We are hosting a "make your own taco party" and we need to find a restaurant/taqueria in the Oakland area that sells really good Mexican rice. We are grilling our own meat, making our own black beans, salsa, and guacamole...however, making rice for 50 people is a bit more than I want to take on. All suggestion are appreciated.

  1. I'm a big fan of Taco Grill, near Fruitvale BART. They have two kinds of rice - a more traditional Mexican style, and also brown rice. Both are vegetarian. They are great at doing take out.

    1. La Borinquena has rice on the catering side of their menu, $23.99 to serve 20-25. Call ahead.

      Mi Pueblo is another option.
