Morelia: Restaurants serving lamb?

A Morelia friend asked me to inquire about any restaurants there that serve lamb. Outside of those serving birria de cordero, I don't know of any.

The Restaurant Lu in the Hotel Casino -- at least they did in May 2011.

Today I just happened to stop in Morelia on my way to Coalcoman and had lunch at the Casa de San Diego. They had two lamb dishes on menu -- Carpaccio de Cordero as an entrada and Costillitas.

I am a lamb fanatic and would have loved to order the latter but I was a guest and would have been uncomfortable ordering the most expensive thing on the menu. I can't remember the exact price but it was over $300. Maybe $325?

Last night I meant to mention that both the lamb dishes on the Lu menu were grilled ribs but with different sauces and garnishes. Unfortunately I can't remember the details but when I get back home I can look at my photos! I think the one or two ribs may also been included in one of the tasting menus.
