Looking for Craig Claiborne/Pierre Franey Chocolate Mousse Recipe
I can't find my copy of "The Master Cooking Course: A Step-By-Step Illustrated Guide to the Preparation and Techniques of Four Gourmet Meal"s by Claiborne & Franey. They have a good choclate mousse recipe in there I wanted to use today. It is a spiral bound book.
Does anyone have this handy? My copy is not on my book shelves and I know that it's a reliable recipe. Thanks!

I don't have that specific Master Cooking Course book, but since this was Mr. Clairborne's heavily published chocolate mousse recipe, it's most likely the same one. This was the first chocolate mousse I ever made, and made it many times thereafter, it's very good and a very reliable recipe.
