Cooking classes in Montreal- For general home ccoking
Wondering if you any of you know of any good cooking classes? Wanted to add to my cooking recipes and kitchen skill set.
Did a google search and come up with a few options..one of the being academie culinaire and apetite for books...but i'm not too sure it worth the $.
I'm pretty open to where in the surrounding of Mtl , Eng or French, but more importantly i just want a good experience :)
Thanks for all ur feedback.

I've always wanted to go to this place that has short classes, although they book up quickly! Lots offered, though:

Hi, checking in again as I realize now in your original request that I overlooked your concern that the Appetite For Books classes were a bit expensive. They do seem pricey. I've heard very good things about them, however.
Also, I had a friend who went for a series of courses over a week at Academie Culinaire and was very impressed with the quality of instruction. I wish I had more information but she found it very stimulating and useful--and intense (in a good way) ! Just thought I'd mention it....
